Senior Care Search Service


Finding quality care for an elderly loved one can be an overwhelming and emotional task. The Senior Care Search Service helps ease the burden by providing access to a Care Advocate who can help members determine the appropriate level of care needed and select a care provider. The quality of care, location and the member's specific needs will be considered as the Care Advocate conducts a customized search. This search includes assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and home health care agencies.

    Simply call the Customer Service number listed on your membership card.

    Your Care Advocate will facilitate the initial meeting with the selected provider and confirm all discounts and services available.

Discount on long term care varies by provider. Providers are selected to best meet the member’s needs. CareScout will work on behalf of the member to negotiate a discount, but not all providers will offer a discount.
